Let me tell you a story. As an overwhelmed, struggling bi-vocational high school math teacher/minister, I confess that I spent YEARS telling other people how important Bible study was and I myself was inconsistent. I would read it for a few days and then my Bible would “sit on my shelf” for a few days. I was embarrassed by this if I'm being honest.
I noticed that in this season of my life, I lacked clarity on what God wanted to do in and through my life. My thought life was going in directions it should not have gone and my obedience to God was lacking in many areas. I lacked the emotional peace and joy I knew God wanted for me. I woke up every day simply “trying harder” to be a good Christian who read my Bible but struggled because I just wasn’t “feelin’ it.” You feel me?
But now, I am crystal clear on my God-given purpose for my life. My teaching ministry is reaching millions of people worldwide. My relationships are stronger and deeper. I wake up every day with joy. How to Understand Theology

Feedback (Part 1)
Put your Bible study skills into action in these empowering sessions!
Selected students will showcase their understanding of the S.M.A.R.T. method by teaching a specific scripture passage in a 15-minute presentation. This is your chance to step into the role of teacher while receiving constructive feedback and encouragement from peers. I will also provide personalized guidance using a grading template designed to help you refine and improve. These sessions are an incredible opportunity to grow in confidence and mastery as you bring God's Word to life for others!

Sharpening Skills - Teaching and
Feedback (Part 2)
In this final session, you'll have the opportunity to either present or be blessed by listening to some of your friends in the community present 15-minute teachings as they demonstrate their mastery of the S.M.A.R.T. method.
We will provide feedback and encouragement to them as they bless us with their knowledge of the word of God.
If time permits, we will also spend some time in prayer together as we bring our coaching program to a close.

We will keep this as a FLEX week so that if ANY of the seven topics need a second week of deeper study, we will do just that.
